Our Dough is made daily with the highest quality Winter Wheat, Buttermilk, and Whey. Refrigerated for 48 hours to allow for the development of our characteristically complex flavor.

Our Sauce is made with Fresh Packed Tomatoes and cooked with Fresh Basil; flavored with a special blend of Spices, and a touch of Garlic.

Our Cheese is a blend of Part Skim Mozzarella, and Monteray Jack.
